Shipping policy

All Panache Themes products are digital. Nothing is physically shipped.

How delivery works

After payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing a link to download your product PDF. This PDF includes all product links, access instructions, and everything you need to get started. It is also accessible at any time via your order history in your Shopify account.

Squarespace website templates

Products that include a Squarespace website template require one additional step after your PDF is delivered. A collaborator invite to access the template will be sent to your nominated Squarespace account email address within 24 to 48 hours of your order being placed.

During sale periods, public holidays, or when a store notice is displayed, delivery of the collaborator invite may take longer than usual. Any delay will be communicated via a banner on the store.

Please ensure you provide the correct Squarespace account email at checkout. This is the email address associated with your Squarespace account, which may differ from your purchase email.

Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at hello@panachethemes.com with your order number and we will sort it out promptly.
