Refund policy
Digital Products — No Physical Returns
All Panache Themes products (Squarespace templates, Canva brand kits, AI image packs, slide decks, and eBooks) are delivered as instant digital downloads. Because these are intangible assets that are accessible immediately upon purchase, they are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
We encourage you to review all product demos, descriptions, and platform requirements carefully before purchasing.
Return Window
If you experience a genuine technical issue or defect with your product, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to contact us and request a remedy.
Return Cost
As all products are digital, no physical return is required. There is no return shipping cost. Return cost: free.
How to Request a Remedy
Email hello@panachethemes.com within 30 days of purchase with:
- Your order number
- A description or screenshot of the technical issue
We will troubleshoot with you first. If the product is confirmed defective and we cannot resolve it, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
License Revocation
Upon approval of a refund, your commercial license is immediately revoked. You must permanently delete all associated files, copies, and installed assets from your devices and platforms.
Consumer Rights
This policy does not limit your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law or applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction (including the UK, US, Canada, and the EU). If a product is faulty, defective, or significantly misrepresented, we will make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Digital Product Exemption: Under EU consumer law, customers ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, by completing your purchase you confirm your consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that you waive this right of withdrawal once the download is accessible. This is standard for digital goods under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@panachethemes.com.
